Praveg Atoll's Lakshadweep - Terms & Conditions :

1. Guarantee Policy: Kindly deposit full advance payment by Cash/NEFT/CC Auth/Bill to company letter (For contracted company) 72 hours before the arrival prior to hold the booking on confirmation basis.

2. Child Policy: The stay of children below the age of 06 years will be complimentary in the same room sharing with parents without any extra bed. INR 1500+18% GST per night will be charge for the stay of child 6 years and above inclusive of buffet breakfast and extra bed.

3. Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check-out.

4. We do not accept personal cheque and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts which have a credit facility with the respective hotel.

5. Guest grants the consent for processing the Guest data for enhancement of the service experience. The hotel management reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of stay.

6. Important - Photo Identity Requirement :

- Request you to carry the below listed photo id and produce it at the time of check-in. Each guest above the age of 12 years must carry their own individual ids.

Indians: Driving License, Voter ID or Passport, Foreigners and Non-Resident Indians: Valid Passport and Visa (Mandatory). - Guest undertakes to present the documents as mentioned above or any additional documents which may be needed, at the time of check-in.

7. Rights of Admission: The hotel reserves the “Rights of admission” to any guest in the hotel / room. Entry to any guest having suspicious profile as deemed by the hotel management may be refuse at the sole discretion of the management of the hotel without assigning any reason thereof.

8. Check - in & Check - out policy: Standard Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Early Check in before 07:00 hrs would be charged one night extra. Check in between 07:00 hrs and 11:00 hrs will be extra charged 50% of one-night charges. Check in after 11:00 hrs will be offered room without any extra charges. In all these cases, the room will be offered / allotted Subject to Availability. Check Out time is 11:00 hrs.

9. Visitor Policy: For the safety and security of all resident guests, visitors are not allowed between 20:00 hrs to 09:00 hrs in the guest room. The guest during this period however, can meet the visitor in the lobby and restaurants during operating hours.

10. Room Type Availability: Please note, we have limited inventory of King/Twin bed thus preference of rooms shall be subject to availability on arrival.

11. Food and Alcohol purchased outside are not allowed in hotel premises.

12. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Lakshadweep.

Praveg Atoll's Lakshadweep - Booking Policy

1. All Bookings must be made at least 15 days prior to check-in.

2. 50% amount must be paid at the time of booking. Remaining/Balanced amount must be paid 15 days prior to check-in.

3. Guests must provide a scanned copy of Aadhar (front and back) with a passport-size photo at the time of booking for permit issuance.

Foreign nationals must submit passport, visa, and passport-size photo. These documents are shared with government authorities, and we are not liable for any data privacy.

4. Permit will be issued only after full payment is received, and the process may take up to 7 days. If the permit application is rejected by the authorities, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

5. Cancellation and refunds will be as per Praveg’s Cancellation Policy and bookings are strictly non-transferable.

6. Any changes to travel dates, inclusions, or guest details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. All Guests must comply with local laws, travel regulations, and supplier policies during the holiday.

8. Lakshadweep is an eco-sensitive destination with limited network and Wi-Fi connectivity. Guests are advised to plan accordingly as uninterrupted internet/mobile network access cannot be assured.

9. Medical facilities in Lakshadweep are limited. Guests are advised to do a self- assessment prior to travel, and carry necessary personal medications.

10. Transportation and water sports activity services are operated by third party, Praveg act solely as facilitators.

11. Praveg shall not be liable for permit rejection, or for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, weather, regulatory, third-party services or other circumstances beyond its control.

Praveg Atoll's Lakshadweep - Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation request by the Guests must be made in writing (email/letter) to Praveg.

2. The effective date of cancellation by the Guests shall be the date on which the written request is received by Praveg.

3. Cancellation Charges shall be levied as follows, calculated from the scheduled check-in date

- Within 15 days prior to the check in date 100% of the total booking amount shall be charged as cancellation fee

- Within 30 days prior to the check in date 50% of the total booking amount shall be charged as cancellation fee

- Within 45 days prior to the check in date 15% of the total booking amount shall be charged as cancellation fee

4. No Refund shall be applicable for no shows, or unused services

5. Applicable taxes, Convenience fees, and third-party charges, if any shall be non-refundable.

Praveg’s decision regarding cancellation and applicable charges shall be final and binding
